Commie Cowards

The Senate has passed their version of the "stimulus" bill.

Open Letter to Senators and Representatives:

I hold each one of you elitist cowards who voted, "aye," individually accountable to me for the loss of my family's freedoms.

I hold each one of you "aye" votes accountable to me for sabotaging my country's prosperity.

And I hold each of you "ayes" accountable to me for your utter contempt and disregard for the Constitutional restraint of government delivered us by our Founders, replacing it with a fascist corporate oligarchy.

I just thought you should know.

Sincerely,
A US Citizen

Can we take out a full-page ad in the New York Times and the Washington Post and print this? I'd sign it!

I'd sign it, too.

I also heard today that the committee working on this next step is ENTIRELY made up of democrats. The republicans have been totally shut out of the process.

If stimulus packages would work, President Bush's package last year would have done some good. All the Earned Income Credit and Child Tax Credits on our Income taxes would make a difference, too. But that isn't doing anything.

I'm so tempted to take out an ad! Here are the rates, though... I knew it would be pricey, but yikes! I'm afraid that by the time we got the funds together for it, it would be suppressed speech, LOL...

And yep, I don't necessarily think we will stop most of the agenda - we totally need to work on our food storage, LOL. But I do think we can *fight* it, and that we're responsible for doing so while we can, because I don't think these acts are really designed to *fix* things - they're just designed to give the government more power over our citizens, 42 different ways.
